What Rityvo does not promise
No app can guarantee a grade, a passed exam or a level of knowledge. The percentages shown, estimated mastery, syllabus covered, today's priority, are estimates computed from your own recalls, using a public model explained on this page. They rest on what you yourself report having known or not, and they can be wrong.
Your revision, your choice of subjects, your exam preparation and the decisions that follow remain yours. When in doubt about what you have to learn, your course material and your teachers are what counts, never the app.
What the app does
- it ranks your chapters by priority, from your exams, the importance you give each subject and your recall results;
- it measures what you retrieve from memory, and nothing else;
- it suggests a study plan, recalculated every time you open it;
- it keeps everything on your phone, with no account and no server.
Your data and your backups
Everything is stored on your device. Uninstalling, starting over or losing the phone erases your history for good: the manual backup exists for that, and making it is up to you. The details are in the privacy policy.
Reasonable use
The app is meant for your own personal study. You remain responsible for what you write in it: do not copy into the app copyrighted material you have no right to reproduce.
Liability
Rityvo is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or of being free of errors. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app: in particular an exam result, lost time, or the loss of data you did not back up. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Age
The app is made for students. If you are a minor, use it with the agreement of your parent or legal guardian.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Swiss law applies.
